Q. I like what I see … how to I proceed?
A. How do I get started? What is the process?

• Contact me via email, with your son/daughter’s name, school/team name, schedule
• Fill out the “How to Get Started” form and add information about your son/daughter, such as special skills, a jersey number or nickname that will help me Picture the Dream. Process
• $75.00 deposit is required prior to the photo shoot
• Complete ”How To Get Started” form on separate attachment
• Signature, Deposit, & “How To Get Started” form are required to start design
• I will email you poster pic draft sheets of the person by email or via web site
• You select 6 -10 pics and prioritze them from 1-6 etc. (#1 being the favorite)
• Price includes 2 poster design drafts and you select one for the final poster
• Minor changes may be made to the poster design but any substantial changes will be charged at an hourly rate of $25.00 per hour. These will be determined on a case by case basis. I will tweak the final selection and send you a final sign off & approval
• Poster will not be out put until I have a final sign off
• Changes will not be made after final sign off

Q. Can I supply you with pictures that I’ve already taken at the games and if so will that reduce my cost?
A. At this time I only work with photos that I shoot because I have my camera set for the size and resolution to look best in poster format. Giving me your photos would not affect the cost.

Q. How do I pay you?
A. A deposit of $75.00 is due with the original order and prior to the photo shoot; final payment is due upon completion of the poster.

Q. Are there any special pricing or discounts?
A. In situations where in which special pricing applies a separate quote will be provided.

Q. My son/daughter is not into sports. Can I get a poster of him/her with his special interest (e.g. cheerleading, dancing etc.)
A. Yes. Please email me your request, date, time and location for the event, and other pertinent information, and I will work with you to help you Picture Your Dream.

Q. Do the posters come framed? Can you frame them? How much extra?
A. At this time the posters do not come framed, allowing you to select a frame that is most appropriate for your home. I can give you options of various local framing companies.

Q. When and where do you shoot pictures? May I schedule something?
A. Currenty Union County is my hub, however I do go into other counties nearby. If you have questions about a specific location please email me at debbiefincherdesign@gmail.com

Q. Can I get you to just take pictures of my son/daughter. I’m not interested in a poster.
A. At this time my niche is using photography for my sports posters. I also design unique cards if I already have the photographs. I don’t schedule photo shoots for the cards only.

Q. Do you take group shots or make team posters?
A. Occasionally I will do that but I consider that special pricing and I will quote those situations individually. See the Special Pricing Section.
